My passion for evoking emotion and prompting deeper thought through handmade and mass-produced items drove me to pursue an additional degree in Studio Art.

My Process
I use the dynamic, flexible, non-linear Design Thinking process to foster innovation and empathetic user understanding.
Empathize
Gain deep user insights by observing, engaging, and immersing in user needs, desires, and challenges.
Define
Clearly define the problem based on insights gathered in the empathize phase, focusing on the user’s needs
Ideate
Brainstorm a wide range of ideas and solutions, unleashing creativity and exploring as many ideas as possible
Prototype
Build tangible prototypes of selected ideas to explore, test, visualize solutions, and gather early feedback
Test
Test prototypes with real users to gather feedback, refine solutions, and gain new insights, which may lead to redefining the problem or iterating on the design
